Returns Policy

We hope you love your FIVE10 pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your item for a refund.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• In original packaging
• Unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition
• With all original tags and labels attached and untampered

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, including but not limited to:

• Makeup, deodorant, or tan stains
• General wear and tear
• Strong fragrances or odours
• Marks, spills, or discolouration
• Damaged, removed, or tampered tags/labels

If an item is returned in an unsellable condition, it will be sent back to you.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@five10designs.co.uk before sending it back - we’ll make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original postage charges are non-refundable. 

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

• Returns made within 14 days will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding postage).
• Returns made after 14 days may be issued as store credit, at our discretion.
• Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once it arrives with us. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed and your refund or credit confirmed.
